羅廣華，出生於香港。早年畢業於九龍工業學校，從事會計財務工作，經自學進修，於1979年考獲英國會計師專業資格考試，同年申請成為香港會計師公會之會員。投身社會工作後，從基層做起，歷任會計文員、會計經理、核數員、核數師、財務董事和行政總裁等職位，累積豐厚的財務、企業管理和投資經驗。
The writer, Mr. K. W. Law, was born in Hong Kong. Ever since graduation from Kowloon Technical School, Mr Law has been working in the field of accounting and finance. In the year of 1979, he passed the professional examinations held by the Association of Certified & Chartered Accountants of the U.K. and was admitted as a member to the Hong Kong Society of Accountants in the same year. Mr. Law started working as an accounting staff and was promoted to the position of accounting manager, audit senior, auditor, finance director and chief executive officer. With a wide range of working experiences, Mr Law is well-versed in finance, corporate management and business investment.
